Terms of Service

Ngoma ("we", "us", "our") is a video streaming platform operated from Ghana that provides access to African movies, series, short films, and other content ("Content") via our website at ngoma.tv and related applications (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Parental controls are available in Settings to restrict content by Ghana National Media Commission (NMC) ratings (GH-G, GH-PG, GH-12, GH-15, GH-18). Parents and guardians are responsible for configuring appropriate restrictions.

Accounts are created using your Ghana mobile phone number. We send a one-time password (OTP) via SMS for verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone number and account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Access to Content requires an active subscription. We offer Daily, Weekly, and Monthly plans priced in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Current pricing is displayed on the Subscribe page.

Payments are processed through mobile money services including MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), Vodafone Cash, and Telecel Cash. By initiating a payment, you authorize us to charge your mobile money account for the selected plan amount.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your plan expires, you must manually purchase a new plan to continue accessing Content. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if you have not streamed any Content.

All Content on the Service is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and, where available, download Content for personal, non-commercial use.

Downloaded Content is for offline viewing only and may not be redistributed, copied, or shared. Downloads expire when your subscription ends.

Content ratings are assigned according to Ghana NMC guidelines. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ratings and encourage parental supervision for younger viewers.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent content protection, DRM, or access controls
• Record, redistribute, or publicly perform Content
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious software
• Violate any applicable law, including the laws of Ghana

The Service, its design, logos, and software are owned by Ngoma or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content is owned by or licensed from creators and rights holders.

If you believe Content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the content and the basis for your claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially in areas with limited network connectivity. To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access Content ends immediately and downloaded Content will become inaccessible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Ghana, with Accra as the jurisdiction of first instance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or SMS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
